Every year for Easter, Disney World’s Grand Floridian showcases their

bakery department by having them decorate large chocolate eggs. The

decorators are given the freedom to decorate them in any style they desire.

The eggs weigh between 9 and 12 pounds each and are decorated

completely with edible products such as modeling chocolate, fondant, royal

icing and colored cocoa butter. They have the eggs on display for about a

month for everyone in the area to see and appreciate. These are just some

of the eggs that have been displayed in the past couple years. As you can

see, the subject matter is quite varied, and each one is a work of art.
